Our shop is located right on Lisie Hospital Road in Ernakulam North. It is a very busy street, mostly because of the hospital being so close, so there are always people walking past our front window. We have been here for quite a long time now, doing all sorts of printing work for the community. Whether it is small personal documents or some bigger jobs for businesses, we just take it as it comes. The hospital is the main landmark, so we use that to tell people where we are. The machines are a bit old but they still work fine if you treat them with some care. We spend a lot of time cleaning ink off our hands at the end of the day. It is not the cleanest job in the world, but it is what we do. The space is a bit cramped because we have stacks of paper and boxes everywhere, but we know where everything is hidden. We do not have a fancy website or a big sales team to find us work. People just know us from being in the neighborhood for so many years. Sometimes the noise from the traffic outside gets a bit loud, but we are used to it by now. We try to help out everyone who comes in, whether they need just one copy or a hundred. It is a straightforward business for us, focused on the ink and paper.
