Actis Smart Accessories

Our shop is right on Kp Vallon Road, which stays pretty crowded most of the day. Being nearby St. Sebastian Church means we hear the bells and see the crowds on Sundays especially. At Actis Smart Accessories, the space is filled with small boxes and displays for all kinds of tech bits. Kadavanthara is a lively part of town, so there is always someone walking past the window. We spend a lot of time unpacking new stock or helping someone find a specific cable or case that fits their phone. The lighting inside is a bit bright, but it helps to see the small parts we work with. Sometimes the rain comes down hard and people duck inside to stay dry for a minute. We have a small counter where the register sits, and there’s usually a radio playing softly in the background. It gets a bit messy when a big shipment arrives and we have to find room for everything on the shelves. It’s just a regular local business where we know many of the faces who come through the door. We aren’t doing anything revolutionary, just selling accessories and making sure the shop stays open for whoever needs something. The sidewalk outside is narrow, so we have to be careful with how we set things up. It’s a simple routine of opening the locks, checking the inventory, and waiting for the first customer of the morning.
