Universal Oleoresins

Universal Oleoresins is located in Navaratna House on Jawahar Road. It's a busy part of town, so there is always a lot of movement outside our doors. Inside, it usually smells like spices and extracts because of what we handle. We’ve been in this building for several years now. It’s not a modern glass office; it’s more of a functional space with thick walls and high ceilings. We have our vats and containers stored in the back, while the front is where we handle the paperwork. The desks are heavy wood and have been here since we opened. We don’t really follow a strict corporate schedule. If the work is there, we stay late. If it’s quiet, we might close up a bit early to beat the traffic on Jawahar Road. Our team is small, mostly just family and a few neighbors who have worked with us for a long time. We don't use much fancy equipment, just what's necessary to get the oils and resins right. There are often spills on the floor that we have to scrub, and the air can get a bit heavy with the scents. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know. We just focus on getting the products out the door without making a big deal of it. The seasons change but our routine stays pretty much the same day in and day out. It's a steady life for us. We have our tea together every afternoon and talk about the news. It keeps us going.
