Saffron Kids

You can find Saffron Kids at number 9 in Thudiyur, right near St. Joseph Church in Kakkanad. It’s a quiet enough area most days, except when there’s a service at the church. We set up here because it felt like a good spot for what we do. The space isn’t huge, but it's enough for us to keep everything we need. We focus on things for children, so the place is usually quite colorful, even if we aren't the best at keeping it perfectly tidy. Kids have a way of moving things around, don't they? We spend our days sorting through stock and talking to parents who live nearby. It’s a small team of us here. We don’t have a big corporate structure or anything. We just open the shop, clean the windows, and wait for people to drop by. Sometimes it’s slow and we just sit and talk, other times it’s a bit of a rush. We try to make sure everything we carry is something we’d actually use ourselves. There’s a lot of competition out there, but we just stick to our little corner in Kakkanad and do our thing. It’s a decent life, working with families and being part of the local community. If you’re near the church, you might see our sign. We’re usually there from morning until evening, just trying to keep things running smoothly and helping out whoever stops in.
