Reds Residency

Reds Residency is located on K. J. Herschel Road, specifically at 11/372 A. We are right near the main gate of Dronacharya in the Fort area. It’s a very old part of town with a lot of history in the streets. Living and working here feels different than the newer parts of the city. Our place isn't a massive hotel; it's more of a local residency where things are kept simple. We spend a lot of time making sure the rooms are okay and that the people staying with us have what they need. It’s a lot of cleaning, changing linens, and talking to folks who are passing through. Being near the Dronacharya gate means there’s always some activity nearby, but our spot stays fairly quiet at night. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who look after the place. We didn't want anything too corporate or stiff. It’s just a building on a historic road where we try to keep things running smoothly. Sometimes the plumbing acts up or we have to paint a wall, but that’s just part of owning a building. We like the neighborhood. The walk down Herschel Road is nice in the evenings when it cools down. We’ve been here for a while and have seen many travelers come and go. It’s a basic, honest way to run a business in Fort Cochin, day after day.
