Excots

You will find us down Cherupushpam Lane in Kadavanthra. It is a bit tucked away from the main road, which is nice because it is quieter than the rest of Kochi. We have been operating Excots from this spot for a while now. It is not a big warehouse or anything, just a functional space for us to work. We started out small and stayed that way on purpose. It makes things much easier to manage without too much stress. We handle things as they come in. There is usually a lot of stuff moving in and out, so the floor is rarely completely clear. We do not have a receptionist or a fancy lobby for people to wait in. If you come by, you will probably just see one of us working at a desk or packing something up in a box. We do not put on airs here. Kadavanthra is a busy area, but our little lane stays pretty calm. We like that balance. Most of our business comes from people we have worked with for years. They know how we operate and they trust us. We do not do much in the way of sales pitches. We usually have a radio playing somewhere in the background, just low enough to hear it but not so loud it gets in the way. It is mostly just news or some old songs. It keeps the place from feeling too quiet.
