We’re up on the 4th floor of the South Square building in Panampilly Nagar. 4s Global is the name on the door, but most people around here just know us as the builders. It’s a good location, though finding parking can be a bit of a headache some days. Our office is usually filled with blueprints and various samples scattered around. It’s not the tidiest place, but we know where everything is. We don’t really do the whole corporate polish thing. We’re just a group of people who enjoy building things and seeing a project through to the end. Some days involve a lot of shouting on the phone and others are just quiet hours of planning. We’ve been in Panampilly Nagar for a bit now and we like the vibe of the area. It feels like a real community. We aren't interested in making big promises we can't keep. We just take it one day at a time and try to stay organized. Sometimes we make mistakes, but we always try to make them right. That’s just part of being human. Our team is pretty close-knit, which helps when things get stressful. We don’t have a marketing department or anything fancy. We just have our tools and our experience. If you come up to the 4th floor, you’ll find us working away. We keep things pretty practical around here and don't spend much time on fancy presentations.
