L O U I C O & Company is down on Marine Drive. If you know where the Pandhal Cake Shop is, we’re right near there. It’s a nice area to be in, especially with the breeze coming off the water. We’ve been in this spot for a while now. The office isn't anything too special, just a regular place where we sit and get through our paperwork and meetings. We like it because it’s a bit more relaxed than the middle of the city. There are usually people walking around outside, especially in the evenings. We’re just a small group of people working together. We don’t have a corporate vibe at all. It’s more like a family here. We drink a lot of coffee and try to stay on top of our tasks. The cake shop nearby is a bit of a temptation, but we try to stay focused. It’s a good location for us. We don’t really go in for big signs or flashy stuff. People who need us usually know where to find us. We just take things one day at a time. It’s a steady way to work. We like being on Marine Drive. It’s got a good feel to it and it makes the workday a little more pleasant for everyone. We’ve made this our home for the company and it suits us just fine. No reason to change anything.
