Holidays Coordinator

We are located up on the fifth floor of the building at Hamzakunhy Line. It is right on SRM Road here in Kaloor. Being on the fifth floor means we see a lot of the city movement from the windows, though most days we are just busy at our desks with the phones and computer screens. Holidays Coordinator is what we call ourselves because that is exactly what we do. We help people figure out where they want to go and how to get there without too much trouble. It is not always easy work because things change fast in travel. One day a flight is cancelled and the next day a hotel is full or the price changes without warning. We just sit here and try to sort it out for whoever walks through the door. The office is in B 6. Most people find us easily enough once they get to SRM Road. It gets pretty loud outside during rush hour with all the horns and buses, but it is quiet enough up here to get things done. We have been in this spot for a bit now. We know the area well and the people who live around Kaloor. It is just a few of us working together every day. We drink a lot of tea and talk to people on the phone about train tickets and plane seats. That is basically how the day goes for us. We keep a few brochures around but mostly we just use the internet. Nothing too fancy, just a regular office doing regular work for travelers who need a bit of help.
