Taj Travels Holidays

We are located over at X-205 in Kalady, which is basically right around the corner from the Cochin International Airport. Being this close to the airport means we see a lot of people coming and going at all hours of the day and night. It’s a bit of a hectic spot, but it makes sense for a travel business like ours. Usually, the office is filled with the sound of phones ringing and people asking about flight timings or car rentals. We started this because we know the area well and figured we could help folks get where they need to go without too much fuss. It’s not a big corporate operation. It’s just a few of us sitting at our desks, surrounded by maps and old calendars. Sometimes the internet is slow, or the rain makes things a bit messy outside, but we keep the doors open. People drop by mostly to sort out their holiday plans or just to grab a taxi for the airport. We don’t have fancy brochures or a glossy lobby. It’s just a plain room with some chairs for people to wait in. We spend a lot of time on the phone with drivers and hotels, trying to make sure everything is lined up. It gets a bit noisy with the planes overhead, but you get used to that after a week. We just do our bit here in Kalady.
