Exodus Holidays

Our place is B-2106 on the first floor, right above the KSEB junction near the International Stadium in Kaloor. It’s a very busy part of town, especially on match days. You can hear the crowds and the traffic all day long. We’ve been at Exodus Holidays for a while now, working out of this office. It’s a bit of a walk up to the first floor, but it gives us a good view of the junction. We spend our time mostly on the phone or typing away at our keyboards. The office is a bit cluttered with travel brochures and old posters. We don't really bother with making it look like a showroom. It’s a workspace, plain and simple. We like being in Kaloor because everything is close by. We know the guys at the tea stall and the people in the other offices in the building. Our work is mostly about getting people to where they want to be for their vacations. It’s a lot of checking dates and confirming bookings. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and it gets a bit overwhelming, but we just take it one call at a time. We’re just regular people trying to run a decent business. We don't have any big corporate backers. It’s just us, doing our best to keep things moving. It’s a busy life, but it suits us well and we enjoy being right in the middle of everything.
