Minerva Interiors is tucked away in Pallikutty, Edathala. We have a small workshop where we handle all sorts of interior work. It is not a fancy showroom with bright lights and expensive displays. Mostly, you will find wood shavings on the floor and the smell of glue and sawdust in the air. We spend our days measuring things, cutting wood, and trying to make furniture that actually fits in people's houses. Edathala is a quiet enough place to work, though the saws can get pretty loud sometimes. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know how to handle tools. People usually come to us because they saw something we made for a neighbor. We take our time with the work because rushing usually leads to mistakes, and we don't like having to do things twice. The office part of the building is just a small desk where we draw out rough sketches on bits of paper. It is a bit disorganized at times, especially when we have several projects going at once. We don't use any fancy software; we just use a tape measure and a pencil. We like the hands-on nature of what we do. It is a simple, honest way to make a living, and we are happy to be part of the local community here in Pallikutty.
