Dalmia Cement Bharat Ltd

Working out of the Oxford Business Centre here in Kochin is interesting. We are located on Sreekandanth Road in Ravipuram, which is a pretty well-known spot. This branch of Dalmia Cement Bharat Ltd is 8D8E on the list of offices there. Even though it's a big name, our daily life here is pretty quiet. We have a few desks and some files stacked up in the corner. The air conditioning is the most important thing in the office because the Kochin humidity is no joke. Most of the morning is spent checking emails and talking to the drivers or people who need things moved. We aren't really the type to have big meetings with fancy slides. Usually, we just talk over the partitions or while standing by the water cooler. The building itself is okay, but the parking can be a real headache some days. We see the same people every morning at the gate and everyone just nods to each other. It’s a professional environment but we keep it friendly and simple. We don't use a lot of big words or complicated processes. We just try to get the orders processed and make sure the paperwork is correct before the day ends. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot to do, but usually, we’re out by six. It’s a steady job in a nice part of the city. We like being so close to the main road because it makes getting lunch easy.
