Cochin Mega Mall Pvt. Ltd. has its main office at No. 37/720/U3 in Ponnekkara, Edappally. We also have a presence over at 63/3993 on CBI Road in Kaloor. It can get a bit confusing having addresses in both Edappally and Kaloor, but that is just how we grew over the years. We spend a lot of time dealing with the different aspects of the mall and the spaces we manage. Kochi is a fast-growing place, and being in areas like Edappally means there is always something going on right outside our door. The traffic can be a nightmare sometimes, especially near the main junctions, but you get used to it. Our team is pretty small considering the name of the company. We do not have a big fancy headquarters with glass walls. It is more of a practical office where we can sit down, answer the phones, and sort out the maintenance and leasing stuff. Most of our day is spent talking to tenants or checking on the buildings. We do not really do much in the way of promotional stuff. People usually know the buildings we are involved with just by walking through the city. We try to be fair and keep things organized as best as we can. It is a lot of work keeping up with the pace of Kochi, but we have been doing it for a while and we know how the local market works. We just stay busy.
