Goutam Nagar is a central area, so it’s busy but it’s good for a business like ours. We don’t have a high-rise office or a glass elevator. It’s a straightforward building where we’ve set up our computers and servers. The team is just a group of local guys who know their way around info-tech. We don't spend time on big meetings or writing mission statements. Usually, we just talk across the room to get things sorted out. It’s faster that way. We handle a lot of data and technical support stuff. Some days are slow, and other days it feels like everything is happening at once. We don't use any polished language to try and sound bigger than we are. We are a small local firm and we like it that way. If you walk in, you’ll see some messy desks and people concentrating hard on their screens. We just want to provide a solid service without any of the corporate drama. We’ve grown a bit since we started, but we still feel like the same small shop we were on day one. It’s just about getting the work done and going home to our families.
