Optimal Softech Company

Our company, Optimal Softech Company, is located in the Rashulgarh area. It is a very busy part of town with a lot of traffic and people constantly moving around. We work on software here. Most of the day involves us sitting at our desks with our headphones on, trying to figure out why a certain piece of code isn't working right. The office is pretty open. We didn't want to put up a lot of walls or dividers. It makes it much easier to talk to each other when we run into a difficult problem. We have been here in Rashulgarh for a while now. We know exactly where all the best lunch spots are in the neighborhood. The building is decent enough; it isn't anything fancy, but it stays dry when the heavy rains come. We don't have a big corporate structure or many rules. It is just a group of us who enjoy the process of building things with code. We have a large whiteboard that is always covered in various scribbles and flowcharts. Some of those drawings have probably been there for months because we just don't get around to cleaning it off. We don't wear suits or formal clothes. Usually, it is just jeans and shirts. We focus on getting the software to run like it should. If someone calls us with a technical problem, we try our best to help them figure it out.
