We are based in Bhubaneswar, specifically at Mig A/3 in the Brit Colony area of Nayapally. It’s a pretty standard neighborhood, and our office is tucked away in one of those rows of houses that have been turned into workspaces. Being in Brit Colony means we are close to a lot of the local action in Nayapally, which is convenient but also means it gets crowded. We spend most of our time here dealing with the steel and power side of the business, mostly sitting at our desks and making sure the numbers and orders match up. It’s not a shiny showroom or anything; it’s a place where real work happens with all the usual clutter of a busy office. We have a small team here, and everyone pretty much knows what they need to do without someone constantly looking over their shoulder. The fans hum all day long to keep the Odisha heat at bay, and there is usually a stack of files that needs filing. We don’t have a fancy lunchroom, so we usually just eat at our desks or step out to one of the local spots nearby. It’s a simple setup that has served us well for a while now. We don’t spend much time worrying about how the office looks to outsiders, as long as we can find what we need and keep the operations running smoothly. It’s just how things are done here in Bhubaneswar, where we just get through the work without any extra polish.
