We are Utkal It Services Private Limited. Our office is situated at Plot No. 42 inside the Basundhara Appartment complex in Hanspal, Bhubaneswar. Being in an apartment complex makes the work day feel a bit different than being in a regular office block. It’s a bit more relaxed, though we still keep a steady pace with all the IT stuff we handle. Hanspal is a growing area, so there’s always some construction or something new popping up nearby. Our space is filled with the usual things like monitors, cables, and a few half-dead plants that we forget to water. We aren’t a huge team, just enough people to handle the service requests that come in. We’ve been in this spot in Khordha for a while now. The mailman knows us well because we get a lot of packages. We don't really have a big philosophy on how to do things, we just look at what needs to be fixed and try to find a way to fix it. It’s a lot of trial and error sometimes, but we get there in the end. We like the local food around here, especially the stuff from the vendors on the main road. It’s a real place with real people. We don’t bother with fancy slogans or anything like that. We’re just here in Basundhara Appartment doing our jobs and trying to keep everything running smoothly for the people who rely on us.
