At Utkal Initiative Solutions Private Limited, we work out of Plot No-323/052 and 323/1053 in Ebaranga. This is part of the Sundarapada area in Bhubaneswar. It is a growing part of the city, so there is always some new building going up nearby. Our office is a bit of a walk from the main road, but that makes it quieter for working. We handle various solutions for people, mostly focusing on practical things they need help with. We do not use a lot of big words or try to sound more important than we are. Most of us grew up around Khordha or other parts of Orissa, so we feel right at home here. The office is basic—just some computers, a printer that jams occasionally, and a small area for tea. We do not have a receptionist, so if someone comes to the door, whoever is closest just goes to see who it is. We spend a lot of time on the phone or typing away at keyboards. Sometimes the rainy season makes the roads around Sundarapada a bit messy, but we still make it in. We are not trying to change the world or anything; we just want to provide a decent service to the folks who come to us. It is an honest living and we like the independence of running our own small shop. We keep things simple and focus on the daily tasks without any drama.
