The Capital Freezing Complex

If you ever find yourself walking around G-11 in B.J.B. Nagar, you might notice The Capital Freezing Complex. It is basically a big building where we keep things cold. That is the long and short of it. We have these massive freezers that run all day and night. You can hear the hum of the machinery if you stand close enough to the walls. I spend a lot of my time making sure the temperature stays right where it needs to be because if it drifts even a little, it is a big headache for everyone involved. It is a bit of a cold job, honestly. We all have heavy jackets hanging by the doors for when we have to go inside the units. Most of the people around here are just used to seeing the trucks pull up and unload. We do not really have a lobby for visitors, just a small office space where we keep the logs and the clipboards. It is a practical business. We do not spend money on fancy rugs or paintings for the walls. We would rather just make sure the compressors are working like they should. Some days are longer than others, especially when a big load comes in right before we are supposed to close up. But we stay until the work is finished. It is just the way things are done here in B.J.B. Nagar. We just keep our heads down and work.
