Flavour

Our restaurant, simply called Flavour, is located at CRPF Square in the Nayapali area of Bhubaneshwar. We are quite close to the Vending Zone in Nayapali, which is a spot most locals are familiar with. It’s a lively part of the city to be in. We’ve been operating here for a while, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the square. The restaurant is a basic, honest place where we focus on the daily tasks of cooking and serving. We don’t have any big corporate goals; we just want to run a decent local business. The interior is simple because we think the food is more important than having fancy wallpaper or expensive light fixtures. We see a lot of people who are working nearby or just walking through the Nayapali area. Sometimes the Vending Zone gets really crowded, and that spills over to our side of the street too. We have a small team, and we all pitch in with whatever needs doing, whether it’s taking orders or helping out in the back. It’s a busy life, but it’s what we know. We try to keep the atmosphere relaxed so people can just eat and go about their day. There’s no pressure and no pretense here. We just open the doors at the usual time and stay until the last customer is done. If you are near CRPF Square, you will see us there.
