We are located at G-Ii-114 in Patia Kanan Vihar, which is under the Cspur police station area in Khurda. Swarna Tribhuja (St) Solutions Private Limited is basically just a small group of us working out of this space. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it stays pretty calm during the day, which is nice when we need to concentrate. We have a few desks set up and everyone has their own space to get their tasks done. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power flickers, but that is just part of living and working in Orissa. We handle things as they come. There isn't any big hierarchy here; we all just pitch in where it is needed most. We have been in this part of Patia for a bit and it feels like home now. The morning commute isn't too bad if you avoid the main roads at the wrong time. We spend most of our hours here, just focused on the work in front of us. It is not a flashy place, just a functional office where we can do our jobs without too much noise. We keep a fridge with some drinks and everyone usually brings their own lunch from home. It is a steady way to spend the week. We just keep our heads down and try to stay productive throughout the day. Usually, we wrap things up around six in the evening and lock up.
