Stagmark Solutions (Opc) Private Limited is based at Plot No-802, which is part of the Angaragadia Industrial Estate. The Khata number for our spot is 389/1. Being in an industrial estate means we are surrounded by small factories and warehouses. It’s not the prettiest place to work, as there’s often a lot of dust and the sound of heavy machinery or trucks moving around all day. But it’s the right place for what we do. Since this is an OPC, it’s a small operation, and the office reflects that. It’s just a basic room with the essentials: a couple of desks, some chairs, and our computers. We don’t have a lot of decorations on the walls. We spend our time managing the daily tasks and keeping track of our records. The power goes out sometimes, so we have to deal with that, but it’s just part of life in the estate. We usually walk over to a small canteen nearby for a quick bite or some chai. The people working in the other units are mostly friendly, and we all kind of look out for each other. It’s a hardworking atmosphere. We don't use any fancy titles or have big meetings. We just get in early, do the work that’s sitting on our desks, and try to finish up before the sun goes down. It’s a simple, straightforward way to run a business.
