You can find us at Falcon Residency, specifically in B-305, over in the Patia area of Bhubaneswar. It’s a decent residential building and we’ve converted one of the units into our workspace for Sreeragam Overseas. Patia is a fast-growing part of the city, so there is always something going on outside. We deal with people who are looking to go abroad, mostly for work or studies. It involves a lot of looking at documents and making phone calls. Sometimes the lobby gets crowded, but we try to manage. We aren't some massive agency with offices in every city. It’s just us here in this flat, working through the paperwork. People come by mostly in the afternoons. The view from the third floor is okay, though we are usually too busy to look out much. We’ve helped a fair number of local families from the Khordha area navigate the whole overseas process. It’s a lot of details to get right, so we spend a lot of time double-checking things. We don't use any complicated systems, just basic computers and a lot of patience. It feels more like a home office than a corporate headquarters, which most people seem to like. It’s just more relaxed that way. We stay until the work is finished, often late into the evening. There is always another form to fill or a passport to check, so we just keep going.
