Junior Executive is based right in the middle of the Ibat Hostel area at Kiit-Du in Bhubaneswar. Specifically, we are in Room No-C-111 within Camp-7. It is a busy place with students and staff moving around all the time. Being in a hostel setting means there is always noise and energy nearby. We use this room as our main base for all the executive tasks we handle. It is a small space, but we make it work with what we have. There are books and papers piled up on the desks most days. Working from BBSR gives us a lot of chances to meet different people from all over the country who come here for studies. We aren't a big firm with a glass building. It’s just a room in a hostel where the work actually happens. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when we have meetings, but we manage. You have to walk through the camp to find us, but once you get to C-111, you’ll see we are usually buried in work. It is a practical way to run things while being close to the action at the university. We don't spend money on expensive furniture or decorations because the work is what counts. Living and working in the same area has its pros and cons, but for now, this is home. It's a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes, but the desk is solid and the computer works, so we get things done.
