Smartlance Services is located at Plot No-3990/3997 over in Pandara. It’s near the Rasulgarh post office area, which is pretty easy to find if you know the local landmarks. Being a one-person company mostly, things are handled a bit differently here than in big offices. There isn't a massive board of directors or anything like that, just me and some help when I really need it. I handle the service side of things, making sure everything is ticking along like it should for the people I work with. The office is functional and nothing more. I’ve got my setup, some files, and enough space to think. Pandara is a quiet enough spot most days, though the Mancheswar police station isn't too far off if you need a reference point. I don't really go for the slick marketing talk because it doesn't feel right to me. I just do the work that comes in. Some days are busier than others, especially when several things happen at once. I’ve lived around here for a long time, so setting up the business in this neighborhood made a lot of sense. It’s a short commute and I know all the local shops for lunch. I don't need a skyscraper to do my job well. Just a reliable connection and some quiet time to get through the list of tasks. It's a straightforward operation. I keep my own hours mostly, but I'm usually there when the sun is up.
