Smartgeek Services Private Limited is tucked away near the T.V Center on Raju Street. We operate out of a space cared for by Banabar Pandanear. It isn't a dedicated office building or anything like that, just a regular spot in the neighborhood. Finding us can be a little tricky if you aren't familiar with the area, as Raju Street is narrow and the T.V Center landmark is what most people use to navigate. We have a few desks and some chairs, and that is about it. It’s a very local operation, and we like it that way because it keeps things simple. Most of the people working here live nearby, so we often just walk or take a cycle to get in. We don't have a big marketing budget or a sales team. Usually, we are just busy with the daily grind, making sure we stay on top of our chores. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed, almost like a home office where people happen to work together. Sometimes the street gets loud with kids playing or people shouting, but it adds to the life of the place. We don't use any fancy corporate titles or have big meetings about goals. We just show up, do what needs to be done, and then head home when the work is finished for the day. It’s a humble setup, but it’s ours and we are comfortable here.
