Samaresh Web Solutions Private Limited is tucked away at Plot No. 1562/1918 in the Lingipur Sisupalgarh area of Bhubaneswar. It’s a bit of a distance from the main city center, which we actually prefer because it’s a lot quieter around here. We’re in Phase 1, and the neighborhood has a more relaxed feel than the busier parts of Khordha. Our office isn't some glass-walled skyscraper. It’s just a regular building where a bunch of us gather to work every morning. We’ve got a small team, and we all know each other pretty well. There’s no hierarchy where you can’t talk to someone; we just shout across the room if we need help with something. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and one of the chairs squeaks every time someone sits down, but it doesn't stop us from getting things done. We spend a lot of time on the web, as the name suggests. Usually, the day goes by fast because there’s always something to fix or update. We have a tea break around four, and that’s when we catch up on non-work stuff. Living and working in Orissa has its own pace, and we fit right into it. We aren't trying to change the world; we’re just trying to provide a decent service from our little corner of Lingipur. It’s honest work and we’re glad to be doing it here every day.
