Renascence Systems & Services Private Limited is tucked away in Nayapalli, specifically over at I R C Village. If you know Bhubaneswar, you know this part of town can get a bit crowded, but our spot at N/3-112 is easy enough to find if you’re looking for it. We’ve been operating out of here for some time now. It’s not a shiny corporate office with glass walls; it’s more of a functional space where we actually get things done. We deal with various systems and services, hence the name, though we mostly just focus on whatever project is on the desk that day. It gets a little noisy sometimes with the traffic nearby, but we’re used to it. Our team is small, just local people who know their way around a computer and some cables. We aren't really into big meetings or long speeches about goals. We just open up in the morning, check the emails, and start working. Sometimes things get messy when we have a lot of hardware lying around, but we try to keep it organized enough to find what we need. Being in I R C Village means there are good places to grab a quick snack nearby, which helps during those long afternoons. We're just a regular business trying to make a living in the city like everyone else around here. It is a plain workspace where we just focus on the task at hand and ignore the fluff.
