Our office at Nutra Teleservices is located at Plot No-125 in Saheed Nagar. If you've spent any time in Bhubaneswar, you know Saheed Nagar is a busy place with shops and offices everywhere. We decided to set up here because it's easy for people to find us, though parking can be a real nightmare some days. We deal with teleservices, which basically means a lot of phone calls and managing communications for other businesses. It’s a fast-paced environment, and the phones are almost always ringing. We have a small team here, and we try to keep things organized, even when it gets chaotic. Being in Khordha gives us access to a lot of good people who know how to talk to customers. We aren't some massive call center with hundreds of rows of desks. It’s more personal than that. We know each other's names and we know what we need to do to keep things running. Sometimes the air conditioning struggles with the Orissa heat, but we make do. People around here know us as the local guys who handle the tech side of talking to customers. It isn't always glamorous, and some days are definitely longer than others, but we like being right in the heart of the city. Saheed Nagar has a specific energy that keeps us going even on Monday mornings.
