Noviss Solutions Private Limited is located at Plot No- 1041/3763(P) in J.M. Nagar. This is over in the Khandagiri area of Khurda, Odisha- 751030. It’s a decent spot, not too far from the main road but far enough that we don't get all the noise. We have a simple office here where a handful of us spend our days. It’s not one of those tall buildings with elevators; it’s more of a local place that feels like it belongs in the neighborhood. We usually get in early before the sun gets too high. There is a lot of regular work to do, so we mostly stay at our desks. We have some fans going to keep it cool, and we just focus on the projects. Khandagiri is a busy part of the city, so there is always something happening nearby, but our little corner of J.M. Nagar stays relatively quiet. We don't have any corporate mission statements on the walls. It’s just a bunch of desks and some computers. If we need something, we just walk out and find a local shop. The routine is pretty basic. We come in, we work, we talk about the day, and then we head home. It is a very honest way to spend the day. We like that it's a real building in a real part of town. There is no polish here, just people doing their jobs at the plot.
