The address is a bit long, Plot 12-2373-2940, but we’ve been here at Moaahar Chhapan Bhog Private Limited for a while now. We deal with food, mostly traditional kinds if you can tell by the name we chose. Our building is right there in the middle of the neighborhood. It’s not a corporate office with glass walls or shiny floors. It’s just a place with a kitchen and some storage space. Most of our neighbors in Gadamahavir Nagar know us by now. We don't spend money on big ads or fancy signs that light up. We just put in the hours every day. The 751002 area is quite lively, so there’s always people moving about near Sisupalgarh. We have a small group of workers who know their way around the kitchen and don't need much telling. We focus on getting the food right rather than making the place look like a five-star hotel. It’s a bit messy sometimes when we’re in the middle of cooking a lot of things, but that’s normal for a kitchen. We just want to make sure the food we send out is okay for people to eat. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that. We just wake up, come to the plot, and start working. If you're in the area, you'll see us.
