Littlebox Foods Private Limited

Littlebox Foods is situated at Hotel Gayatri in Saileshree Vihar. It’s a bit of an interesting spot, being inside a hotel. Bhubaneswar can be a crowded city, and Saileshree Vihar is no exception. We use Plot No 12. Since we are in the hotel building, we have to keep things pretty orderly, but it still feels like a regular workspace once you get inside our area. We handle food preparation and everything that goes with it. The space isn't huge, so we have to be smart about where we put everything. It’s a lot of boxes, hence the name, I guess. We spend the morning getting the supplies in and the afternoon getting everything ready for the customers. It’s hot in the kitchen areas, especially during the middle of the day. We aren't some big food conglomerate. We’re just a small team working out of a hotel plot. Sometimes we grab a quick snack from the hotel side when we’re too busy to cook for ourselves. The staff here is small, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from washing up to checking the inventory. We don't have a fancy page for people to read, we just tell people we’re the food folks at Hotel Gayatri. It’s an honest living and we try to keep it simple. Some days the water pressure is low or the lights flicker, but we just keep going. That's life.
