Kayan Technology India Private Limited is situated in Chandrasekharpur, Phase-1. Our specific spot is Mig-Ii, Plot No.61/2, right in the Housing Board Colony. It’s a busy neighborhood in the 751016 area of Bhubaneswar-Khordha. We have been working from this office for some time now and it feels like home. It’s not one of those big glass towers you see in other parts of the city. It’s a regular housing board building where we’ve set up our workspace. We like being in a place that feels like a real community. There are families living nearby and local shops just down the street. We aren't a big corporation with thousands of employees. It is just a small, dedicated team. Most of our days are spent at our desks, working through technical projects and figuring things out. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or corporate slogans painted on the walls. We just come in, have our tea, and get to work. The commute is usually okay, though the traffic near Chandrasekharpur can get heavy in the evenings. We’ve grown used to the sounds of the neighborhood. It’s a practical location for us and we plan to stay here for the foreseeable future. We don't bother with fancy brochures or polished sales pitches. We just let our work speak for itself. It’s an honest way to run a business in this part of Odisha. Most of us have been in this field for years, so we just get on with it every single day.
