It’s a bit different running a tech company in a place like this compared to a big city, but we like the pace here. Most of us are from around the Balasore district, so staying close to home was important when we set this up. The office is simple and practical, filled with computers and cables everywhere you look. We don't have any fancy receptionists or big meeting rooms. Usually, it’s just us sitting in our chairs, working through code or figuring out how to fix a bug for someone. It’s quiet enough in Bidyadharpur that we can actually hear ourselves think, which is helpful. Sometimes the rain makes things a bit difficult with the roads, but we manage. We aren't doing anything flashy, just focusing on software solutions that people actually need. It’s a small team, so everyone knows everyone else, and we don't have to deal with a lot of those corporate rules you find elsewhere. We just show up, do the work, and go home to our families. It’s a straightforward life and we’re glad to be building something here in our own corner of the world.
