Iyngaran Software Private Limited

Our office is located in a place called Purusottampur which is over in the Khandapada area. This is in the Nayagarh district of Orissa. It is a bit of a trek if you are coming from the main city centers but we like it here. We are Iyngaran Software and we focus on building things with code. The building we are in is quite old and has a lot of character even if the walls could use a fresh coat of paint. We don't have any of those modern office perks like bean bags or espresso machines. We just have a kettle for making tea and some basic chairs that have seen better days. The surrounding area is mostly residential and quiet which is perfect for focusing on software development. We often hear the sounds of the village in the background while we work. It is a very grounded way to run a tech company. Most of our neighbors don't really understand what we do all day on the computers but they are nice enough to us. We don't bother with fancy titles or corporate structures. Everyone just chips in and does what is needed to finish the project. It is a small operation and we plan on keeping it that way because it is easier to manage without all the extra stress that comes with growth.
