Integency Private Limited

Integency Private Limited is based out of Plot No-105 in the Rashmi Elegance building. We are up on the first floor. This is in the Shankarpur and Aigania area, near the Khandagiri police station. It’s a part of town that has grown a lot lately. We chose this spot because it’s relatively easy to get to. The office itself is quite plain. We didn't spend a lot on fancy furniture. We just have what we need to get our work done. There are a few of us who handle the daily operations. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big lobby. We just want to do a good job so we can keep going. Being near Khandagiri means there’s always something happening nearby. We usually have tea together in the afternoons. It’s a small team, so we all know each other’s families and what’s going on in our lives. We don't have a big HR department or anything like that. If there’s a problem, we just sit down and talk about it. The work we do is practical. We try to stay focused even when the office gets a bit cluttered with papers and equipment. It’s just how we operate. We’ve been in this building for a while now. It feels like a stable place for us to be. We are just local people running a small private limited company in our own way. We try to keep our desks tidy but it doesn't always happen during a busy week.
