Hotel New Sea Green

We are located out on New Marine Drive Road, right where the sea breeze hits you if the wind is blowing the right way. Hotel New Sea Green is actually tucked in with Hotel New Sea Hawk, which confuses some people at first, but we are right there in the Swargadwar area of Puri. Living and working by the coast means dealing with a lot of salt in the air and sand on the floors. We spend a lot of time sweeping that up. It is a busy part of 752001, especially during the festivals or when the weather is nice enough for the beach. People come here for the water and stay because it’s convenient to get to the waves. Our place is not some five-star resort, it is just a building near the ocean. We have rooms that face different ways, and we try to keep things functional. The walk to Swargadwar is quick from here, so guests are always coming and going. It gets noisy with the tourists sometimes, but we are used to that. We’ve been running things this way for a while, just a local group of people managing the property. It is honest work, even if the building shows its age from the sea air. We just do what needs doing to keep the place going for the next person who shows up. That is life at Hotel New Sea Green.
