Cybestro Solutions Private Limited is located over in the BDA Colony at Hig-Ii/42. We are pretty close to Kapilaprasad and the Bhimatangi area. This is a solid part of town to be in. Our office is basically a house that we’ve converted into a workspace. It’s not the most modern-looking place, but it has everything we need to get our solutions developed. We don’t go for the corporate look because it’s just not who we are. We’re local people who know the city well. Our team is small, and we’ve all known each other for a long time. Every morning we meet up, have some coffee, and talk about the technical problems we need to solve that day. It’s not always easy, and sometimes we get stuck on a bug for hours. But we just keep at it until it’s fixed. We don’t use any fancy marketing talk to describe what we do. We just build things that work. The neighbors are used to us being here now. Sometimes they drop by just to say hello. It’s a very grounded way to run a tech company. We aren't looking to move to a big IT park anytime soon. We like being here in Bhimatangi where things feel more real and less like a cubicle farm. We just do our bit and try to be helpful to anyone who needs our specific skills.
