Coledra Solutions Private Limited operates out of Plot No. Mig Ii-15/3, Bda Phase Ichandrasekharpur. It’s a bit of a mouthful of an address, but we know it by heart now. We’ve been based here for some time. The area is quite settled and it feels like a good place to have an office. We have a small group of people who come in every day. We aren't the type to wear suits or have formal meetings every hour. Usually, we just shout across the room if we have a question. It works for us. We handle a variety of things here, mostly related to our technical side of things. It’s not always easy work, and sometimes we stay late to finish a project. There’s no big corporate vibe here at all. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea and sometimes share a meal. It feels more like a small community than a big company. We’ve had our ups and downs like anyone else, but we keep going. Chandrasekharpur is a good part of town to be in. We like the local shops and the general atmosphere. Our name, Coledra Solutions Private Limited, is on the door, but inside we’re just a bunch of regular folks doing our jobs. We don't make big promises we can't keep. We just do the work that’s in front of us and try to stay honest about it. We’re just human, after all.
