We are located at Duplex-12 in Raghunathpur, over here in Bhubaneswar. Clumps Software Solutions Private Limited isn't in some big glass tower downtown. Instead, we’re in a residential duplex which gives us plenty of room but keeps things feeling grounded. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city center, but the Raghunathpur area is growing fast. We’ve got two floors here, though we mostly huddle on the ground floor where the desks are set up. It feels more like a house than a workplace sometimes, which we actually prefer. We drink a lot of coffee in the small kitchen and spend most of our time staring at screens. The address is in the Khorda district of Orissa, and it’s a pretty standard neighborhood. There are families living all around us, so we try to keep things professional but relaxed. Clumps Software Solutions Private Limited started here because we wanted a place that wasn't too formal. We don't have a marketing team or a front desk person. If the doorbell rings, one of us just gets up and answers it. It is a very direct way to run a company. We like the independence of having our own duplex. It suits the way we work. It’s just a normal building where a few people are trying to build something useful together. We don't need much more than this space to stay busy and get things done.
