We are over at Plot No-8 in Versha Village, which is a bit of a quiet spot in Bhubaneswar compared to the busier parts of the city. Cks Infoways Private Limited has been tucked away here for a while now. Most mornings start with the sound of the neighborhood waking up and someone usually goes out to grab tea for everyone once we get the computers running. The address says Sub Plot No-22, and it’s one of those places that people sometimes have a hard time finding if they aren't from around Khordha. It is just a normal office space where we sit and get through the daily tasks that come our way. Sometimes the internet is great and other days it feels like we are just waiting on the rain to stop so things can get back to normal. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that, just some desks and some people trying to do their jobs well. Being in Orissa, specifically this part of Bhubaneswar, means we see the city changing quite a bit around us. There are always new buildings going up, but Versha Village still feels a bit like the old days. We spend a lot of time just talking through projects and figuring things out as they come. It’s not always glamorous but it’s our routine and we’ve gotten used to the way things work here. Everyone knows each other by name and we just keep at it day after day.
