Bluestraw Foods Private Limited

Bluestraw Foods is based out of GA-120, Flat 32, in the S.S. Vihar area of Khorda. Having an office in a flat might seem a bit different, but it works perfectly for us. It’s a quiet place where we can focus on the daily runnings of the business without too many distractions. Khorda is a good place to be, and S.S. Vihar has its own local charm. We started Bluestraw because we wanted to be involved in the food sector on our own terms. There are only a few of us here, so the atmosphere is very casual. We don't wear suits or have big boardrooms. Instead, we sit around a couple of desks and work through our to-do lists. Some days we are out and about, and other days we are stuck inside doing the accounts. It's a mix. We don't have a big sign out front, so most people don't even know we are here. That’s okay with us. We aren't looking for fame; we just want to do our jobs well. We handle everything from sourcing to distribution in a very hands-on way. It involves a lot of phone calls and checking on shipments. Sometimes things go wrong, and we have to fix them on the fly. That is just the nature of this business. We take it one day at a time and try to keep things honest while we grow our little setup in the flat.
