Our software company, Bisdhir Software Solutions, is at No. Hig 28 in Sailashree Vihar. We’re right here in Bhubaneshwar, in the Khordha district. It’s a residential-feeling area which makes for a calm work environment. We aren't a big software giant with hundreds of floors. It’s just a house that we’ve converted into an office space. We have our desks set up in the main rooms and a small area for meetings. It feels more like a home than a corporate office, which suits us fine. We do software work for various people and companies. We don't have a fancy reception desk or a person in a suit greeting you. Usually, one of us just opens the door. The neighborhood is quiet, mostly families and other small businesses. We like the pace of life in 751021. Sometimes we walk around the block just to clear our heads. We’ve been here for a bit now and the locals know us. We aren't here to make big promises. We just take the work as it comes and try to do it right. It’s a straightforward approach. No marketing fluff or polished speeches. Just a team of people in Sailashree Vihar writing code and fixing bugs. It’s honest work and we’re glad to be doing it here. The office gets some nice sunlight in the mornings. It's a decent place to spend the day. We usually finish up around six and head home. Most of us take the bus or ride a bike to get here.
