Banijyostna Dairy Products Private Limited

We run Banijyostna Dairy Products out of Plot No-407 in Prashanti Vihar. It’s a residential-feeling area in Patia, Bhubaneswar. Our building is called Kalvik Mrutyunjay. It’s not a huge factory, just a place where we manage the dairy business. We spend our days dealing with milk and various dairy items that come in from the local farms. It’s a lot of cleaning and checking containers. My nephew helps me with the books and the deliveries. In Bhubaneswar, things move fast, but we try to keep our operations steady. We have a few coolers and some space for the crates. People from the Khordha area know us mostly by word of mouth. We don't really do ads or anything. The morning starts before the sun is up because that's when the fresh milk arrives. It can be a bit messy sometimes, but that’s just how dairy work is. We make sure everything is stored properly and sent out to the local shops. The office part is just one room with a computer and some shelves. We’ve lived in Orissa all our lives, so we know how the local market works here. It’s a simple business, really. No big corporate meetings, just us figuring out the daily route and making sure the fridge is running properly so nothing spoils. Sometimes the traffic in Patia makes the morning drop-offs a bit late, but we do what we can to stay on time for everyone. We just take it as it comes.
