Upstart Agrofisheries Export Private Limited

Our office is in the BDA Colony, Phase I over in Chandrasekharpur. We are in Block 4, Mig-1, specifically Qr No. 45 on the second floor. It’s a residential-feeling area, which makes the work day feel a bit more relaxed than the city center. Upstart Agrofisheries Export Private Limited is what we call ourselves, but really, we’re just a group of people trying to get local products out to bigger markets. The second floor is where we keep all our records and handle the logistics. It’s a modest space. We have some desks, a few chairs that have seen better days, and a lot of maps on the walls to track shipments. Working in agrofisheries means we have to keep track of a lot of moving parts. Some days are spent entirely on the phone, while others are spent out visiting the sites where the fish come from. We don’t have a marketing team writing stuff for us. This is just how we talk. We’re not a huge company with fancy cars. We just focus on the exports and making sure the quality is what it should be. The neighborhood is pretty quiet, which is nice when we need to concentrate. Sometimes the internet goes out and we have to scramble, but we always find a way. It’s just a normal business run by normal people in Bhubaneswar.
