It’s a residential-feeling area but we’ve got our workspace set up in the building there. It’s a bit tucked away, which is nice because it’s not as loud as the main markets. The building, Mukunda Niwas, is easy to find once you are in the Nageswar Tangi neighborhood. We spend our days mostly at our desks. There’s always someone making coffee or tea in the small corner we use as a kitchen. Our team is small, just a few people who have worked together for a long time. We don't have any big corporate policies; we just talk things out and get things done. The rooms are filled with folders and old ledgers because we like to keep track of everything on paper. It gets humid in Bhubaneswar, so we have fans going all day long. We don't do much marketing or anything like that. People just find us by word of mouth or by coming to the plot number. It’s a plain, honest place to work. We don't have any grand plans, just keeping the office running and helping whoever comes by. It’s a regular day-to-day routine for all of us here at this address.
