Independent Consultant

You can find me over at Plot No 253 A in BJB Nagar, right along Lewis Road here in Bhubaneswar. It’s a decent area, and I’ve set up my independent consultant workspace inside the house. Suvendu Kumar Das is the name on the door, though most people just know me from around the neighborhood in Khurda. Orissa has a way of being both slow and busy at the same time, which fits how I work. I don't like those shiny glass offices you see in the city center. This place is more grounded. I have a room set aside where I keep all my files and my computer. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing outside, and it gets a bit noisy, but that’s just life. I handle things directly. There isn't a receptionist or a middleman to go through. You just talk to me. I’ve lived in this part of 751014 for years, so I know the shortcuts and the best places to grab a quick snack when I’m working late. It’s not a fancy corporate headquarters, just a guy working hard to get things right for the people who ask for help. I keep my schedule pretty loose so I can spend enough time on each task. It feels better to work this way, without someone breathing down my neck or worrying about company quotas. It's just simple, honest work from a local spot.
