Icici Prulife

We are located over at Plot 2012 2540 in the Samantarapur area, specifically in Sriram Nagar, Bhubaneswar. It’s a bit of a mouthful of an address, but it’s easy enough to find if you know the Khurda district well. We go by the name Icici Prulife here. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a functional space where we handle life insurance paperwork and help out with policy questions from people in the community. The weather in Orissa can be pretty humid, so we’re grateful for the fans we have running all day long. We spend a lot of time on the computer, entering data and making sure everyone’s details are correct in the system. Folks from around Sriram Nagar come to us when they need to change something on their plan or just want to make a payment in person. We don't use a lot of fancy talk or corporate jargon. We just tell people how it is and help them fill out whatever they need to get their insurance sorted. The office can get a bit cluttered with all the files and folders, but we know where everything is. It’s a quiet kind of work most of the time, punctuated by the occasional visitor or a phone call.
