We are based out of Plot 169 in Baramunda, Bhubaneswar. It's right here in Orissa, 751003. The office for Gupta Power Infrastructure Pvt isn't anything out of the ordinary. It’s just a building on a plot where we keep our records and manage the projects. Baramunda is a well-known area, so most people don't have a hard time finding the plot number. The office has been here for a while, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. Inside, it’s mostly just desks and computers, plus a small area where we have our meetings. We aren't big on decorations or making the place look fancy. It’s a functional space meant for getting work done. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow, or the heat gets to be too much in the summer, but we have some fans and coolers to keep us going. We don’t really talk about missions or visions; we just focus on the infrastructure work we have on our plates. It’s a lot of coordination and checking on things every day. People from around Orissa come to see us here when they need to discuss a project. We keep it honest and straightforward. That’s how we’ve always operated in this part of Bhubaneswar. It isn't always easy, but we've got a good routine down now. We just keep at it and see the work through.
